Due to the nature of our work, all engineering services provided by Consac are non-refundable once the project has been initiated. This policy applies regardless of delivery stage or service type — whether it's BIM services, joist and deck detailing, or CAD conversions

Our services involve skilled engineering time, specialized tools, and deliverables that are created specifically for each client. As such, once the work begins, it cannot be undone, reused, or reassigned — making it ineligible for refunds
