Why This Workflow Matters

For contractors and engineers, the gap between design intent and fabrication reality is where profit is lost. Our process is built on a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) methodology. By creating LOD 400 models in Tekla/Revit before a single piece of steel is cut, we eliminate field cutting, streamline MEP coordination, and ensure adherence to local building codes (AISI S100, Eurocode 3, AS/NZS 4600). Explore our technical stack below to see how we manage complexity.

Key Capabilities & Output

    End-to-End Workflow

From architectural receipt to CNC machine file generation. Follow the data path.

    Phase Duration Breakdown (Hours/1000sqft)

    Quality Assurance & Coordination

Our rigorous QA/QC process ensures that every panel fits. We utilize a multi-pass clash detection system combining automated rulesets in Navisworks with manual engineering review.

    Zero-Clash Tolerance Strategy

    • Hard Clashes: Automated detection of LGS vs. Structural Steel, HVAC Ducts (>2"), and Plumbing stacks.
    • Soft Clashes: Clearance verification for insulation, drywall backing, and fireproofing.
    • Workflow Loop: Detect in Navisworks -> ID Tag generation -> Assign to Modeler -> Resolve in Revit/Tekla -> Re-export.

    Intelligent Panel Numbering Strategy

We don't just number panels; we encode installation logic into the ID. This facilitates rapid field sorting and crane lifting sequencing.
